I am Civil Society Programs Director in the Open Society Institute -
Assistance Foundation (Azerbaijan ) - (OSI-AF). The mainstream activities
of our foundation is to support civil society initiatives in Azerbaijan in
collaboration with the OSI network resources and expertise as well as in
cooperation with other NGO partners in the country.
Besides I am an expert in Near East studies and work as a head of Arab
Countries history and economy department in the Institute of Oriental Studies.
I am 45 years old, I have two daughters.

Je suis Directeur des Programmes de la Societe civile a l'Institut de la
Societe Ouvert - Fondation de l'Assistance (Azerbaidjan) - (OSI-AF). Les
principales activites de notre fondation sont le soutien a des initiatives
de la societe civile en Azerbaidjan en collaboration avec le reseau de
ressources et competences d'OSI ainsi que dans cooperation avec autres
partenaires d'ONG dans le pays.
En plus je suis expert en etudes du Proche Orient et travaille comme
responsable du departement d'histoire et de l'economie de Pays arabe a
l'Institut d'Etudes Orientales.
J'ai 45 ans, j'ai deux filles.
