**Constitution europeenne**
Qu'est ce qu'un objectif de plein emploi pour l'Europe ?
Pourquoi et en vertu de quoi l'emploi est-il la forme du travail moderne ?
Qu'est-ce que le travail moderne ? Doit-on changer Organisation
Internationale du Travail par Organisation Internationale de l'Emploi ?
C'est un peu oiseux me semble-t-il et d'autres preoccupations me semblent
plus urgentes comme celle de savoir pourquoi on travaille ou pourquoi on
s'emploie ?
Le mot travail ne me gene pas je le "subis" depuis mon enfance sans etre
malade ou chagrine.
Mais pour donner un revenu minimum, il faut produire par l'emploi ou le
travail un peu plus que n'ont besoin ceux qui sont employes ou travailleurs.
Si le revenu minimum satisfait "aux besoins de ressources dans la societe
dynamique de la destruction creatrice (cf. Schumpeter, je ne connais pas) et
de l'economie monetarisee" allons-nous etre satisfaits et heureux ?
Allons-nous eviter les exclusions?
Je ne connais pas la destruction creatrice. Je ne connais pas non plus de
transformation sans perte : matiere, energie, etudes, sauf dans l'echange
des savoirs ou il y a gain.
Connait-on le nombre de victimes de part et d'autre de l'evolution a la
stagnation ?

** Gouvernance **
L'emploi (le travail sans doute) n'aurait-il rien a voir avec les besoins
des hommes ? A moins que les besoins soient un des facteurs macroeconomiques
qui relevent de l'Etat nation ?
Nous sommes mal partis pour une societe "responsable et solidaire" ?
Je ne connais pas l'Allemagne mais dans ma region [Ouest de la France], la
"politique sociale" de l'emploi est tributaire des commandes passees aux
Chantiers de l'Atlantique ou a AIRBUS industrie. Nous sommes, compte tenu de
ces dites commandes, un lieu suffisamment fort de cohesion sociale aujourd
hui . Demain ???
** Politique agricole commune **
Je ne comprends pas tres bien.
Cependant, je crois qu'il n'y a pas de differences essentielles sur les
politiques de l'emploi en general. Je suis persuade que meilleurs sont les
professionnels, meilleurs seront les emplois. Il ne s'agit pas de creer pour
consommer, mais de donner a chacun, a travers le monde, les moyens decents
de vivre dans la dignite.
Nous devons penser que nous pouvons mettre moins de temps pour faire le tour
du monde aujourd'hui , que pour aller de Paris a Bordeaux au debut du
siecle.
** Entreprise **
Toutes les entreprises ne sont pas capitalistes.
Nous ne pouvons plus demander le renforcement des liens entre l'entreprise
et le salarie car les deux ont un defaut : ils sont mortels.
Quand nous nous habituons a la "courte vie "des produits, nous ne pouvons
pas
demander aux entreprises de perdurer dans les memes productions.
Nous avons commence a construire une societe du changement , il faut
assumer.
** La libre circulation des travailleurs **
Je suis tout a fait d'accord sur le fait qu'il faut developper la liberte
pour tous de se deplacer sur la surface de la terre. Cependant il est
capital que chacun apprenne a reconnaitre et a respecter les cultures des
autres, pour encore quelques temps, des lois differentes chez les autres.

What is modern work? Must we change International Labour Organization by
International Employment Organisation? It is a bit trivial, it seems to me
and other concerns seem more urgent to me, such as knowing why we work or
why we employ ourselves?
The word work does not bother me, I 've "undergone" it since my childhood
without being sick or annoyed.
But to give a minimum income, it is necessary to produce by the employment
or work a bit more than what is needed by those who are employees or
workers.

I don't know Germany but in my region [West of France], the "social policy"
of employment is dependent on the orders placed with the Chantiers de l'
Atlantique or AIRBUS industry. We are, considering these orders, a
sufficiently strong place of social cohesion today. Tomorrow???
** Common Agricultural Policy **
I don't understand very well.
However, I believe that there are not any essential differences on the
employment policies in general. I am convinced that better the professionals
are, the better the jobs will be. It is not about creating to consume, but
to give everyone, throughout the world, the proper means to live with
dignity.
We must think that it may take less time to go round the world today, than
to go from Paris to Bordeaux at the beginning of the century.
** Company **
All companies are not capitalist.
We cannot ask anymore for the strenghtening of the links between the company
and the salaried employees because the two have a defect: they are mortal.
When we get used to the "short life" of products, we cannot
ask the companies to continue in the same productions.
We have begun to build a society of the change, it is necessary to assume.
** The free circulation of workers **
I fully agree with the fact that it is necessary to develop the freedom for
everybody to move on the surface of the earth. However, it is fundamental
that everyone learns to recognize and to respect the cultures of others, for
some time still, the different laws in the other countries .
