Bonjour a tous,
Mon nom est Hubert Bedoret, 31 ans.
Je suis actuellement charge de la mission "Milieu rural" au sein de la
federation Inter Environnement Wallonie qui regroupe environ 135
associations de protection de l'environnement dans la partie francophone de
la Belgique.
J'y assure le role de responsable du suivi de la "politique generale" de
notre federation en matiere d'agriculture, de foret et de conservation de la
nature ainsi que de la problematique rurale au sens large. Je suis a la
base, avec d'autres associations, d'une plate-forme pour l'agriculture
biologique visant a developper ce mode de production dans ma region.
Hormis un questionnement qui m'habite sur l'avenir du monde rural europeen,
les questions plus proches qui me touchent dans ce theme sont liees a la
survie de l'espace rural dans une region ou l'urbanisation est galopante,
fortement consommatrice d'espace et considerant souvent l'agriculture comme
element marginal de l'avenir sans integrer son role dans le paysage et la
conservation des habitats naturels.

Hello everyone,
My name is Hubert Bedoret, 31 years old.
I am currently in charge of the mission "Rural world" within the federation
Inter Environnement Wallonie that includes about 135 protective
organizations of the environment in the French-speaking part of Belgium.
I am the responsible for the follow-up of the "general policy" of our
federation concerning agriculture, forests and conservation of nature as
well as the rural issue in the broad sense. I am at the base, with other
organizations, of a platform for organic farming aiming to develop this
form of production in my region.
Apart from a questioning that lives within me on the future of the European
rural world, the nearest questions that are more meaningful to me in this
topic are linked to the survival of the rural area in a region where the
urbanization is spreading very quickly , a great consumer of place and often
considering agriculture as a marginal element of the future without
integrating its role in the landscape and the conservation of the natural
habitats.
