Jose Hipolito Dos Santos
Portugais, de Porto, 68 ans bien vecus dans le monde, deux filles.
De formation polyvalente, acquise dans differentes ecoles: economie a
l'universite de Lisbonne, sociologie a l'EPHE (Ecole pratique des hautes
etudes, Paris), citoyennete a la prison de la PIDE (police politique du
regime fasciste portugais), sensibilite humaine dans le contact avec le
monde, partage des taches au sein de ma famille.
J'ai travaille dans differents pays - Portugal, France, Algerie, Maroc,
Mozambique, Guinee-Bissau, Sao Tome et Principe, Nicaragua. Souvent avec
les Nations Unies, dont je suis tres, tres critique.
Je suis fondateur (avec d'autres) d'une petite cooperative de services
-SEIES - qui fait de la participation populaire, la strategie et la
methodologie fondamentales pour le developpement. Nous travaillons beaucoup
avec les femmes et les populations de quartiers pauvres, et faisons aussi
beaucoup de formation pour des techniciens et responsables de
l'intervention sociale.

Jose Hipolito Dos Santos
Portuguese, from Porto, 68 years lived well in the world, two daughters.
Of comprehensive training, acquired in different schools: economy at the
university of Lisbon, sociology at the EPHE ("Ecole pratique des hautes
etudes" : Practical School of the high studies, Paris), citizenship at the
jail of the PIDE (political police of the Portuguese fascist regime), human
sensitivity in contact with the world, sharing of the tasks within my family.
I have worked in different countries - Portugal, France, Algeria, Morocco,
Mozambique, Guinea-Bissau, Sao Tome and Principe, Nicaragua. Often with the
United Nations, of which I am very, very critical.
I am the founder (with others) of a small cooperative of services - SEIES -
which does popular participation, the strategy and the fundamental
methodology for the development. We work a lot with the women and the
populations of poor districts, and do a lot of training also for
technicians and responsible of the social intervention sector.
