°°° Resume : Pour structurer nos echanges, je vous propose de nous
concentrer sur 4 sujets de debat : les mecanismes complementaires au
travail ; les experiences alternatives ayant permis de creer des emplois ;
les modeles d'organisation du travail ; les formules de structuration des
entreprises. °°°
Chers amis,
Ceci est le message de lancement de notre debat sur la thematique " Travail
et organisation sociale " dans le cadre des forums de l'Assemblee
Continentale Europeenne.
L'objectif de cette premiere phase de discussion sur le forum electronique
- a partir du texte de reference - est de bien identifier et definir les
themes a debattre pour pouvoir structurer nos echanges.
De mon point de vue se detachent clairement 4 themes de debats (mais nous
aurons sans doute a en introduire d'autres) :
1. la necessite de creer des alternatives et/ou des mecanismes
complementaires au travail (a l'emploi), qui est aujourd'hui l'unique
mecanisme d'organisation sociale. Il faudrait d'ailleurs definir ces
mecanismes complementaires - tels que par exemple le revenu minimum ;
2. les cas d'experiences alternatives ayant permis de creer des emplois
(initiatives locales de creation d'emploi, valorisation des experiences de
travailleurs qui creent leur propre emploi) ;
3. les alternatives et modeles d'organisation du travail (par exemple :
flexibilite des horaires, temps de travail partage, temps de travail
partiel, autogestion par les travailleurs, etc.) ;
4. les formules de structuration des entreprises (participation des
employes dans le capital, l'economie sociale, etc.).

Dear friends,
It is the message to launch our discussion on topic "Work and social
organization" in the framework of the forums of the European Continental
Assembly.
The objective of this first phase of discussion on the electronic forum -
from the text of reference - is to identify well and to define the topics
of discuss to be able to structure our exchanges.
Of my point of view 4 topics of discussions clearly stand out (but we will
probably have to introduce some others):
1. the need to create the alternatives and/or the complementary mechanisms
to work (to the employment), which is today the only social organization
mechanism. It would be necessary to define these complementary mechanisms
in fact - such as for example the minimum income;
2. the cases of alternative experiences having enabled to create some jobs
(local initiatives of job generation, fruitful exploitation of the
experiences of workers that creates their own employment);
3. the alternatives and models of work organization (for example:
flexibility of the timetables, time working sharing, partial working time,
self-management by the workers, etc.) ;
4. the formulas of structuring of the business (participation of the
employees in the capital, the social economy, etc.).
