Dear members of the working group on "Work and social organisation"!
So far there have been three contributions to our working group, commenting
the "launching of the discussion" text

The 1st by Hugues Puel
[<http://www.funredes.org/alianza/eur-work-alliance/0050.html> (*)]-
co-facilitator of the group - who expresses his general agreement with my
proposal of structuring the debate. Additionally he refers to some of his
publications related with this topic and expresses his scepticism with the
basic income debate.
The 2nd by Jean Clement
[<http://www.funredes.org/alianza/eur-work-alliance/0058.html> (*)]
stresses the importance to discuss on participation of workers in the
decision-making processes in the companies they work or even in their
capital - the role of the shareholding workers. I agree very much with the
importance of this topic and my intention is to include debates on ethic of
the future enterprises and on experiences of social economy, especially the
experience of the Mondragon-Cooperative.
In the 3rd contribution by Pierre Caro
[<http://www.funredes.org/alianza/eur-work-alliance/0073.html> (*)]
declares his general agreement with the proposed structure. He stresses the
importance of labour as powerful mechanism for social organisation in the
past and present and seems to be sceptical about the need of alternative or
complementary mechanisms. I think, this will really be the crucial point of
our common debate. For the future, can we still rely on labour as the
unique mechanism for social organisation or would this mean to overload it
and do we -consequently- have to reflect on others?
I thank those three colleagues for their contributions and would like to
stimulate the rest of you to contribute as well. I realized that there are
quite a lot of participants who are registered but so far did not introduce
themselves via e-mail. I would like to ask them to do so as soon as possible.

Jusque la, il y a eu trois contributions a notre groupe de travail,
commentant le "lancement de la discussion" texte

Le 1er par Hugues Puel [<http://www.funredes.org/alianza/eur
work-alliance/0050.html> (*)] - co-animateur du groupe - exprime son accord
general avec ma proposition de structurer le debat. En outre il fait
reference a quelques-unes de ses publications en relation avec ce sujet et
exprime son scepticisme avec le debat sur le revenu de base.
Le 2e par Jean Clement [<http://www.funredes.org/alianza/eur
work-alliance/0058.html> (*)] insiste sur l'importance de discuter sur la
participation d'ouvriers dans les processus de la prise de decision dans
les compagnies ou ils travaillent ou meme sur son capital - le role des
ouvriers de l'actionnariat. Je suis beaucoup d'accord avec l'importance de
ce sujet et mon intention est d'inclure des debats sur l'ethique des
futures entreprises et sur des experiences d'economie sociale, surtout
l'experience de la Cooperative Mondragon (en Espagne).
Dans la 3e contribution par Pierre Caro,

declare son accord general avec la structure proposee. Il accentue
l'importance de la main-d'oeuvre comme etant un mecanisme puissant pour
l'organisation sociale dans le passe comme au present et il parait
sceptique au sujet du besoin d'alternative ou mecanismes complementaires.
Je pense que ce sera vraiment le point crucial de notre debat commun.
Est-ce que nous pouvons compter encore sur la main d'oeuvre comme le
mecanisme unique pour l'organisation sociale pour le futur, ou cela
voudrait dire de la surcharger et devons-nous - par consequent le refleter
sur les autres?
Je remercie ces trois collegues pour leurs contributions et aimerais
stimuler le reste d'entre vous pour contribuer aussi. Je me suis rendu
compte qu'il y a completement beaucoup de participants qui sont enregistres
mais jusque la ils ne se sont pas presentes par courrier electronique.
J'aimerais demander qu'ils le fassent donc aussitot que possible.
Mes remerciements pour votre attention et, s'il vous plait, partagez avec
nous vos propositions.
