I agree with Claude Mainge that the official invitation should be sent to the Secretary General of Cariforum Mr. Edwin Carrington, who will dispatch to Mr. Marie. It is suggested that copy of the correspondence should be also sent by email and fax to Mr Percival Marie for information.
 
A separate official invitation should be sent to Mr. Carrington as Secretary General of Caricom for the Caricom secretariat.
