You knew from the beginning this was going to be a tough one. :-(

I did

I understand that the solution from Cletus is not working, correct?

Guscomms, importing from Trinidad, IS the solution from Cletus. The same Mr Gustave is the person who set up the equipment at the NIC conference room where the headphones were stolen. He has a non-functioning telephone number so it took a while to track him down :-(

(email: guscomms@candw.lc, Tel: 458-0282, Cell: 284-5998 [1-758 prefix for St Lucia])

I guess that the most practical solution is to bring the equipments from
Martinica.
Could we check proposals from Trinidad and from Martinica.
We got friends in Martinica if required.

There is also Philippe Girerd who"><Philippe.GIRERD@diplomatie.gouv.fr>

at the French Embassy here who is interested and I am fairly sure would help. I have spoken to him informally about the workshop (supermarket carpark) but hesitated to approach him formally without a go-ahead. Anyway he was in France, but should be back now.

Carl is offering another alternative. What are the risks? Is the design
inclusive of all the
required functions (like the lamp which says who has the token to speak)?

I think if we are really stuck this will work, but it will definitely be amateur. It would be better to get the equipment properly.

I do not like the plan BB (moving the meeting out of Bay Gardens) it will
transfer
one problem to other problems :-(. I rather leave that as the last backup
solution.

We must organize the meeting rooms with the appropriate equipments.

Armelle is offering help.
Armelle is that translation equipment issue something you could take over
and then
unload poor Deirdre with this long "chemin de croix"?
Armelle is leaving next to the hotel which will help to handle that issue.

I have replied to Armelle and will try to get across to see her today

It'll be all right on the night (fingers crossed) :-) :-)
