If I can suggest...
the transportation prize is very expensive between Guadeloupe and St Lucia
and you have more plane from trinidad
and gustave is the guy who can help there, he is in contact with the company...
I will choose myself Trinidad
It will be more convenient.

I talked to Mr. Gustave and I have things clarified.
1) The interprets have their own receivers in the table. So we just need to
count the participants.
Downsizing to 40 receivers instead of 80 drop the price for 1200 US$ for a
new total of: 5300 US$ +
travel, hotel all included for one person.
2) The transportation is made by the technician and what is to be paid is
the extra cost for the
luggage in the plane.
3) The receivers are wireless but the microphone are wired. Bay Gardens
have the environment for
the adaptation of their system.
4) They will come half a day before to install.
5) He cannot make a discount in the equipment but will try in his part.
>4. 3 Working Days - Technical Services 375.00 1,125.00
He will tell us.
I need to do the same with Martinica.
At this stage the comparison says:
GUSCOMMS = 4,550 + 750 = 5300 US$ + extra weight baggages, pour 40 récepteurs
SNT = 4,500 euros = 5400 US$ + dédouanement, pour 45 casques
Price looks pretty much similars.
I dont know what is the price difference between Martinica and Trinidad,
probably
in favor of Martinica.
What records do we have from the two companies?
Does SNT has a counterpart in St Lucia (like Mr. Gustave)?
If not, hiw do they deal with local situations?
