Based on my personal experience-- especially [both within our region and in
Southern Africa] since that superb conference last September in St. Lucia,
I think its difficult not responding to the need [inescapable really]
applying your ideas #'s 1-3

There was a lot of wisdom and practical experience around the table last
year, I think retaining 50% would ensure keeping much experience &
continuity while blending in new talent. I think the mixture would ensure a
speedier start to the substantive discussions as well.
