This will certainly be valuable. Slight logistic problem, there is an
elaborate procedure for me to get a French visa to go across to La
Guyane.

Supported, perhaps we could find methodologies such as using Online
resources, etc to do this as a measure of our interest.

Definitely.

Could we not use our available technologies to see if we could bring
about some initiatial strategic consultations which could be monitored
at least in preparation for this? We are making the assumption that all
of the individuals we would like to be involved will be connected via
Internet.

In order of Priority, I would go for ideas 2, then 4,3 then idea 1 for
2006
