May I take the opportunity to wish you and your family a happy new year and
also to all the new acquaintances I met during the Cardicis workshop in the
Dominican Republic in December. The program was very positive and I look
forward to working with the team in the future in order to enhance the
social and economic fabric of the region through the judicious use of ICT
