I'm surprised sometimes to see us express great
concern about communication, and then to print
our key documents in fully justified paragraphs,
full-page-wide columns, and 8 point type face.

Communication is a lot more than typography and
layout, but it sort of starts there --- I guess
the take-home lesson is "Make it unreadable, and
it won't be."
