Well De, the Interreg call was the trigger (with other calls which
happened this summer) of the previous discussion thread with
the title Cardicis2 where I explained that Funredes would not
take the lead to formulate a new project step
and invited people in the group to do take the lead.

I am afraid it is too late and we do not have leader for this call.

There will be another call for Interreg though.
