Environment and Development in the Caribbean
enda-caribe is the regional office of the organization
for Environment and Development of the Third World, enda t.m.,
with headquarters in Dakar, Senegal.
enda-caribe began it's activities in the Caribbean in
1978. In 1982, it signed an agreement with the Dominican
government and since then has been based in the Dominican
Republic. It points its efforts to the marginalized strata, both
rural and urban, in different areas of the Dominican
Republic. Its main areas of
activities are:
