This message is an SOS: since the 27th of September, 1999, the first and largest ISP in Haiti (ACN, Alpha Communications Network) has shut down, as a result of a decision of CONATEL (the National Telecommunications Council, a regulation organism).
Some days ago we have made an international call to protest against a brutal decision in Haiti which prevent the majority of Internet users to access.
