<b>Tu Update the Register of Your Organization.-</b>
<br><br>
Each register contains data about a particular organization. Updating a register means adding, modifying or deleting data from a given organization.
<br><br>
For obvious reasons the updating of a register can only be performed by the person who actualy represents the corresponding organization. He/she will not be allowed to update any other register. When initiating the interaction with the Data Registration Form and through the use of an Access Key it will be validated that you are authorized to update the register for yor organization.
<br><br>
By using explicit navigation buttons you will be able to visit all sections and their fields. Our advice is for you to follow the sequence showed by the System.
<br><br>
Some fields are mandatory, othewise you will not be alloed to continue updating the register of your organization. Those very fields are shown in green.
<br><br>
Some fields can be repeated, of course taking different values (activities, projects, products, services, etc.). You can add as many values as needed for your organization. For each new one you will see them listed in an window (right under the navigation buttons at the top of the screen). In order to see its data, you must click over its description and then you can modify it if required. BY pressing over the "X" mark it will be deleted.
<br><br>
On your firts visit, you might see some data refered to your organization, the same that enabled us to contact you. Please verify and update them is required.
<br><br>
The Data Registration Form is designed to offer you a list of possible answers for some fields (Sector, Main Areas, etc). If needed you may add new answers by pressing the button "Other": and then "To Add". Before you do so please verify that the proper answer is not listed.

		</td>
	</tr>
</table>
<br><br>
<b>To Consult the Database.-</b>
<br><br>
As opposed to updating, the consultation of this Directory is a process that does not alter the state of the registers as they were when the interaction was initiated.
<br><br>
As opposed to updating, the consultation of this Directory may be performed by any visitor to this Web Site. Nevertheless, for privacy reasons, some data will only be available to authorized persons, through an Access Key.
<br><br>
There are two kinds of consultations:
<br><br>
<ol>
	<li>
		<b>Pasives:</b><br>
		It refers to certain indicators and tables that are always available, with results that reflect the current state of the database, such as total number of registers, numero of organizations per sector or per country.
	</li>
	<br><br>
	<li>
		<b>Actives:</b><br>
		It is possible to formulate specific queries. Initialy there is a limited set of choices, and we expect to increase them progressibly.
	</li>
</ol>
