This is amazing! ONE day a year devoted to South-South cooperation, as if
it were something exceptional. In fact, it should be the opposite: one day
a year devoted to North-South cooperation. Too bad it is taken for granted
that even the term "cooperation" means North-South.
Let's do something to celebrate this South-South day in our own, special
way.
