A observar, en la lista de participantes, una escasa presencia de actores
de terreno de la regi�n (una ONG de Argentina y una de Brasil sobre un
total de 40),
y en todo caso, y salvo error de mi parte, ninguna persona de la comunidad
MISTICA.

A observar que varias de las lineas de acci�n corresponden al espacio que
llena MISTICA+OLISTICA desde 1999:

a) Develop an information clearinghouse on ICT for Development for the LAC
Region, including the development of indicators to support benchmarking,
planning
and management.
b) Function as a think-tank and a consulting body for policy-making.
c) Facilitate the incubation, evaluation and dissemination of ICT for
Development projects and selection of best practices as well as serve as a
broker
between them and funding sources.
d) Ensure thematic compatibility between the scope of its activities and
the issue-areas adopted by the UN ICT Task Force for its Working Groups.
e) Ensure that decision-making in the context of the Regional Network be
transparently conducted, with the participation of all regional stakeholders.
