Although I am not keen on discussions or dialogues, I am an avid reader
of the Mistica messages and therefore, I am sending you my recent study
on the use of CIT. I believe this could be an interesting contribution for
the Mistica discussions as it describes how CIT were used for the
information flow by the doctors in the city of Maracaibo (Venezuela).
I work as a Coordinator of the Department for the Extension of the Library
Services at the University of Zulia.
