Entrevista con Taran Rampersad

Question: We are with Taran Rampersad. From Trinidad and Tobago. How have you been involved in Mistica?

Taran:  I started at after Cardicis 2004 and and basically discussing ideas and sharing knowledge.

Instead of worrying about what products the community can create, the community is a product. We have very smart people on the community. And they will keep coming up with good ideas, those are the real products.

Q: In this short term how have been your experience?

Taran: Very good. Small negatives dealing with automatic translation but is better than nothing. And also some conflicting ideas can be a problem but the moderation is exceptional.

Q: And regarding the future what do you think?

Taran: I think there is need to be more stresed to the community and seeing the community as a product. Instead of worrying about what products the community can create, the community is a product. We have very smart people on the community. And they will keep coming up with good ideas, those are the real products. The products every one seems to think on are really just services, we are the products.

Q: And how do you see the near future, taking what we have discused in this meeting.

Taran: Am I been a lot of over ingeniering but that’s a… something required to in a larger project where there is a lot of organization structure just to create a simple thing or to sustain a simple thing but a lot of good ideas we share, I don’t agree with all of them but I don’t have to. The future of Mistica is up to Mistica.
