Hello CARDIS family

Thanks for the notes and links regarding news for Trinidad and
Grenada. Apparently Curacao, Aruba and Bonaire are OK, but Grenada really
needs everyone's help.

And now we're all keeping in our thoughts and prayers Jamaica, the Caymans,
Cuba, maybe Haiti and the Dominican Republic. Ivan may even go on to the
US, possibly even Florida! What a nightmare.

The online reports for Grenada are a good example of one thing ICT can do
to help our Caribbean region come together and facilitate support in times
of natural disasters.

Gracias por las notas y los enlaces en cuanto a las noticias sobre Trinidad
y Grenada. Parece que Curacao, Araba y Donaire estén bien, pero Grenada
necesita mucho la ayuda de todo el mundo.

Ahora estamos todos con nuestros pensamientos y oraciones puestos en
Jamaica, los "Cayman", Cuba, posiblemente Haití y la República
Dominica. Posiblemente Iván continuará hasta los EEUU, posiblemente
Florida de nuevo!! !Que pesadilla!!

Los informes en línea para Grenada nos dan un buen ejemplo de algo que las
TIC puedan hacer para ayudar nuestra región caribeña juntarnos y facilitar
apoyo en estos tiempos de desastres.
