Madame, Monsieur,
Le CRESFED a le plaisir de vous inviter � la premi�re
session du Forum � Nation, Int�gration et
Mondialisation dans la Cara�be � qui d�bute les l7 et
18 janvier.
Pourquoi le l7 janvier ?
C'est une date qui s'inscrit dans les annales de la
solidarit� et de l'affirmation du choix d�mocratique
du Peuple ha�tien. A cette date, associations de
droits humains, ONGs, groupements de femmes et
secteurs universitaires, politiques, m�dias, groupes
scolaires, simples citoyens et citoyennes de la
capitale et de la province, personnalit�s du pays et
institutions de l'�tranger, ont apport� leur
collaboration mat�rielle, financi�re et morale. Ce
soutien a pris les formes tellement �mouvantes et a
manifest� la volont� pour que le CRESFED tellement
frapp� puisse rena�tre et continuer son travail, sa
lutte inlassable en faveur de la promotion et du
respect des droits humains, de la d�mocratie et de la
d�fense des valeurs nationales.
Au-del� de la solidarit� avec le CRESFED, elle
signifiait la condamnation des actes de terrorisme, de
violence et de destruction qui s'�taient abattus sur
le pays et qui s'�talaient de fa�on tellement �vidente
dans notre local.
Nous avons pr�f�r� comm�morer la date de la
solidarit�, de l'affirmation d�mocratique et non celle
des actes de barbarie et de destruction. Le l7 janvier
2002, disant non � l'�pouvante, non au l7 d�cembre,
symbolise pour nous le temps du futur et de la
reconstruction.
Nous avons pass� une ann�e � panser nos multiples
plaies. Les coups �taient beaucoup plus profonds
qu'ils ne pouvaient para�tre. Il faudra du temps pour
en faire dispara�tre les cicatrices.
Aujourd'hui, au seuil de l'ann�e 2003, le CRESFED veut
non seulement r�affirmer sa pleine volont� de
continuer l'ouvre commenc�e, mais aussi remercier et
faire participer tous ceux et toutes celles qui ont
contribu� � avancer avec lui dans cette grande
aventure de rena�tre de ses cendres.
Avec son int�gration � la CARICOM, Ha�ti conna�t une
insertion formelle � l'espace non seulement politique,
commercial et �conomique, mais aussi culturel et
intellectuel de la Cara�be. Dans cette perspective, le
besoin se fait sentir d'initiatives pratiques pouvant
aider � la connaissance mutuelle entre les peuples de
la r�gion qui ont �volu� dans des univers historiques
et linguistiques diff�rents.

The CRESFED has the pleasure to invite you at first
session of the Forum �Nation, Integration and
Internationalization in the Carib� that starts l7s and
18 January.
Why the l7 January?
It is one date that appears in annals of the
solidarity and of the affirmation of the democratic choice
of the Haitian People. At this date, associations of
human rights, ONGs, groupings of women and
academic sectors, policies, medias, groups,
school, simple citizens and citizens of the
capital and of the province, personalities of the country and
institutions of the stranger, brought their
material, financial and moral collaboration. That
support took shapes so moving and had
shown will so that the CRESFED so
hit can be born again and continue his/her/its work, his/her/its,
tireless struggle in favor of the promotion and the
respect of the human rights, the democracy and the
national value defense.
Beyond solidarity with the CRESFED, her,

Today, to the doorstep of the year 2003, the CRESFED wants
not only to reaffirm his/her/its full will of
to continue opens him begun, but also to thank and
to make participate all those and all those that have
contributed to advance with him in this big
adventure to be born again his/her/its ashes.
With his/her/its integration to the CARICOM Haiti knows one
formal insertion to the space not only political,
commercial and economic, but as cultural and
intellectual of the Carib. In this perspective, the,
need makes feel itself/themselves of convenient initiatives being able to
to help to the mutual knowledge between peoples of
the region that evolved in the historic universes
and linguistic different.

�Por qu� el enero del l7?
Es una fecha de que aparece en los anales el

de las Personas haitianas. A esta fecha, asociaciones de
los derechos humanos, ONGs, las agrupaciones de mujeres y
los sectores acad�micos, las pol�ticas, el medias, los grupos,
adiestre, ciudadanos simples y ciudadanos del
la capital y de la provincia, personalidades del pa�s y
las instituciones del extra�o, trajo su
el material, la colaboraci�n financiera y moral. Eso
el apoyo tom� formas que mueven as� y ten�a
el testamento mostrado para que el CRESFED para que
el golpe puede nacer de nuevo y puede continuar los his/her/its trabajan,

el forcejeo incansable a favor de la promoci�n y el
el respeto de los derechos humanos, la democracia y el
la defensa de valor nacional.
