Hello:

It is very simple to do what is necessary to straighten out the situation
with the .HT TLD for Hati.

The IANA will follow the instructions of the government.

When the IANA receives a communication from the government (on
letterhead via FAX or regular mail) specifying that REHRED is the
domain manager preferred by the government to manage the .HT TLD we
will change the root zone records to make that effective.
