Again, we notify the IANA and the Internic that REHRED don't accept this redelegation and we repeat that it dosen't respect any procedures of the IANA/Internic. On the Haitian side, we are organizing now all the steps to clarify the situation and we are very surprised and chocked that the IANA/Internic dosen't hear our position. At 2 PM this afternoon, REHRED will hold a meeting with various important partners concerning with the TLD HT, particulary with goverments representatives and Focus Data. This meeting represents the first step in the way to set up the National Consortium for the TLD HT. We hope very strongly that the IANA/Internic will send us a memo before this meeting officialy notifying that the TLD HT is still delegate to REHRED, inspite of what has been already done in the registers of Internic. Again, we mentionned to IANA/Internic taht the fax of the haitian goverment didn't ask to redelegate th TLD HT to Focus Data but only asked for the use of the HT, what is not the competence of the IANA/Internic once a TLD has been delegated. Once again, we hope that the IANA/Internic will take the good decision and that REHRED will not be obliged to make further and larger steps about this anormal redelegation. REHRED expects an urgent response. Best regards. Bernard ZAUGG REHRED Coordinator
