Following various mails received from you we (REHRED and ACN) just want to
confirm:
1) REHRED has not requested nor authorized any change of management of the TLD HT (reference [NIC-961127.4583] HT) aprooved on the 6 of march 1997 and wich has been in use since march 7, 1997.
2) At this time REHRED is not willing to authorized any transfers nor changes.

Consequently, REHRED asks the Internic to correct immediately the information about the TLD HT that figures in his register, accesible via whois. REHRED has requests for many haitian institutions (gov, com, org, edu, net) and is ready to service them. Please advise as soon as possible if the Internic has any problems with their creation as second level domains in the TLD HT, ref [NIC-961127.4583] HT.
