On the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the Universal Declaration of the Human
Rights, we would like to introduce an article by Jos� Bernardo Toro, the Vice-President
for Public Relations at the Fundaci�n Social. The text "Education for
Democracy", which is presently available only in Spanish, deserves a deep reading,
for the brilliant lights it brings to the theme of democraty and of human rights. Keep
them alive!
