Both networks CUNET and REDID are so far UUCP which means there is no WWW browsing in the traffic pattern. Only e-mail (including listservs, ftpmail, and "whatever"mail). I may be wrong, but I think that CUNET (the same as REDID) have no USENET capability.

I recommanded to REDID board to write a very polite letter to UPR management to make them aware this is not a common practice. It will take few days...
