My sympathy to them as they are victims of someone's technical stupidity. Because no one using RFC compliant software can group reply to their mail. Try reading the previous sentence a few time, maybe slowly.
The mail you are allowing on to the internet is non-compliant. Your gateway software needs to clean up the To: and Cc: fields, not just the From:.

My only point was that your mail hack may look nice to you but it is sorely broken and does not work. Take a bit of time from your pathetic ego games and fix it.
