Can we conclude from Daniel's Santa Lucia figures that the discrepancy is in the definition of "user," and that Daniel's volume-based estimation methodology yields a pretty good guess of "users active every 10 days?"
Or, is Santa Lucia atypical?

Either way, it would be good to get beyond traffic volumes and user counts to document the impact of the Net.
