thank you for this information But it seems to me that
Nicolas Negroponte undestands nothing in economy
and even less in How to implement
Technology for succes in so call poor countries
I saw many and many times the same
impertinency with a catastrofic results,
at least financial ones for those
embarked in such adventures!
