I am hoping that the various moderators can be flexible in extreme
circumstances? :-)
A friend of mine is dying of ALS/Lou Gehrig's Disease/ Motor Neurone
Disease. She can no longer speak at all or move much, but continues
to communicate by email using a mouse attached to a pair of glasses,
which she manipulates with head movements. Now the muscles in her
neck are being affected by the disease.
We have heard about an "eye mouse" which works by eye movements. Does
anyone know anything at all about this or about any other available
technology that might help?
If you have ANY information (including that the technology doesn't
exist) could you please contact me at
<deirdrewilliams2000@yahoo.co.uk> or Jane King <kingjane@gmail.com>
Thank you
Deirdre
