MISTICA: Free/Open Source Software: Localization

Last week, the document, "Free/Open Source Software: Localization" was
released. This is useful for us as it describes the methodologies used for
making software work across languages (localization), with real studies

The PDF is 1.25 Megabytes.

I have also remixed the work into a HTML/Wikipedia format, which is
available here:http://www.knowprose.com/fosslocal

This was done such that other people who do translations have full
references from the Wikipedia to work with, and also so that non-technical
person can skim the concepts without their eyes rolling back into their
heads. We might even get it translated. I've taken it as far as I can so
far.
