I am currently working on a Unesco project in St Lucia to create
digital versions of 2 local special libraries.
If you don't know already about the software and the information
which it already makes available online perhaps you should :-)

software (which has a Spanish interface and a Spanish users group :-) )
http://www.sadl.uleth.ca/nz/cgi-bin/library This URL takes you to
material available online. I know that some of the documents are in French.
