preparando una serie de publicaciones llamadas
"Beyond Tunis" con un formato y un concepto
original que encontramos muy motivador: sólamente
3 hojas para expresarse y una total libertad de
expresión, todo eso con un tiempo muy corto para
producir que obliga a llegar a la esencia...

‘Beyond Tunis’ is a publication to showcase the
thoughts and ideas of ICT4D practitioners leading
to WSIS Tunis; and beginning an exploration of
how these might evolve after the WSIS process.
You can use any format or representation you wish
that can be effectively represented on the
printed page (prose / image /poetry / etc..).

WSIS Tunis was a milestone that allowed us to
visualize ICT4D more holistically than before.
The WSIS process output a critical mass of
understanding, and an affinity for the theory and
practice of ICT4D. There now exists in a common
global framework amongst the majority of ICT4D
practitioners. This critical mass exists in
‘bits’ and ‘bytes’ that ICT4D practitioners, in
their various realms of expertise, carry about
with them and continue to use or apply as
measures and benchmarks for the evolution of their own work.

This publication points toward the 'tomorrow' of
ICT4D. It is not a prediction or a projection;
but a set of strategic markers and signposts, the
‘runway lights' that ICT4D players use to bring their ideas down to the ground.

que habiamos compartido aqui hace unos meses y
hemos usado en varias presentaciones y aplicado
en la publicación de la Unesco sobre la diversidad lingüística en la Internet
