I am approaching this as an external consultant.

It takes less than $100 US/year to get a domain name
and basic web hosting. As I recall, my friend in Brazil
had volunteered hosting. What is the problem? Start the
website. Worry about the rest after it is up. A journey
of 1,000 miles starts with the first step.

So there are three problems with the first step as far
as I know. The first is the domain name. The second
is the hosting. The third is the software - use
whatever you wish for now - *It Can Always Change*.

Since the time for which the IDRC has sponsored
moderation has been effectively wasted, I'd suggest
advertising on the website for the start to help
defray costs. GoogleAds do work, as do affiliate
links for books.

I remember saying this all before - about a year ago.
Save this email and perhaps read it in another year.

This said, I request of moderation that I be removed
from the MISTICA list. I have plenty of other places
where I can repeat myself, I see no reason to continue
it on this list. I'm sure that there will be a
thrilling discussion, but honestly - I'm bored. Bye.
