BITWorld aims to bring the theory and practice of Business IT Management to
interesting places
that are not usually on the conference circuit. Following the previously
successful conferences in Delhi, Cape Town , Mexico City and Cairo, the
theme of BITWorld 2002 is Business Information
Technology Management: Facilitating Global IS Alliances. The program
committee encourages
contributions that address issues relevant to Ecuador, and countries in
comparable situations.
The best contributions will be fast tracked to publication in major
international journals.
BITWorld 2002 is a collaboration between a number of associations and
institutions from the
USA, Asia, Africa, South America and Europe. The host for Bitworld 2002
will be Escuela
Superior Politecnica del Litoral in Guayaquil, Ecuador.
