The latest issue of The Journal of Development Communication is devoted to
telecenters and development. Its articles cover a wide range of issues,
from financial sustainability to gender, research and policy, and includes
field reports from five countries. This special issue, titled 'Telecenters
and ICT for Development: Critical Perspectives and Visions for the Future',
is edited by Royal Colle and Raul Roman of Cornell University.
