Nota de la moderaci�n: parece que la visi�n dominante y simplista del
"digital divide" por fin esta en regresi�n... y una visi�n mas conforme
a la de nuestra comunidad comienza a imponerse.
Se aprecia de este articulo el accento (y el esfuerzo de clasificaci�n)
puesto en "litteracy".
