The 2003 Computers, Freedom and Privacy Conference (CFP)
is pleased to announce a special travel scholarship fund
for persons from outside North America, who wish to attend the
conference.

The scholarships are made possible thanks to generous contributions from
The Markle Foundation, the Open Society Institute, The Public Voice,
Yahoo! and the American Civil Liberties Union.

This 13th annual CFP will take place in New York City from April 1-4,
2003. This year's conference will feature an international focus and
will highlight the Freedom to Move Think and Speak!

If you would like to apply for a travel award, please fill out the
attached form and send it to [email protected] by February 21.
