Hello everyone,

Various organizations that deal with the integration or that work in our
region, are looking for concrete proposals in order to promote the
integration of Latin America and the Caribbean in the society of
information and knowledge. Mistica is inclined to sustain proposals
that imply a positive social impact in this sense. Our opinion on this
subject has already been asked. We believe that it is now the Mistica VC
that has to produce its own recommendations.

For this reason we are calling the whole VC to build a database of
proposals that would be proposed to organizations that deal with regional
integration. The demand for this information is very high and we can
satisfy it progressively.

Therefore, we need to identify:
a) General framework of "acceptable proposals". (These would, as a matter
of fact, correspond to the picture already outlined by the VC. Consult the
following documents (in Spanish):

focused on this region and that can enter the Mistica themes and
transversal axes.

We have the whole month of November to build our first proposals
database. The Pilot Applications are already a part of VC contribution.
