Abstract:

At the Gino Germani Institute (Faculty of Social Sciences, University
of Buenos Aires, Argentina) the investigations which are being made
are similar to the ones made by our colleagues from Zulia. There, the
persons interested in these themes are also ready to participate in
collective proposals. Some cooperative actions have already started.
The objective would consist in the articulation and the integration
