The reinforcement of the MISTICA VC is happening, while the MESA-L
conference will be closed very soon. MESA-L has been the first
Venezuelan electronic list. It has been created in 1992 and has allowed
the development of a good quality Virtual community, making the
communication easier within a group which has kept on for several
years, and has accomplished its original goal, in spite of all the problems
it has gone through.
