 In Venezuela has been launched last week a virtual discussion on the Organic Law project on Information Technologies, presented by the Science and Technologies Department.
It is an innovating experience that will show the maturity of the main actors of the field to use the Internet as a mechanism to lead to democratic participation. It is still too soon to evaluate the experience.
