 I read with attention the axes of the Mistica debate on the issues about NICT applications for solidarity and social communication, applicable to an island environment and in general to landlocked places.

We'll keep in touch but I am really concerned about the necessity that our fights for the NICT innovation are linked with the social needs of people. Indeed, the availibility is limited but motivation is always the same on the network you have animated.
