Abstract:
Following his reading of the final report of the "Internet days: Tool for social development", the author suggests the organization of other similar events, in other countries, with teachers of university education, in order to:
- reach a consensus between investigators and university professors,
- act in a more solidary way to weaken the social forces in favour of a wide electronic public domain in Internet,
- create didactic web pages.
