 The following is based on contents of a message that Luis Barnola sent me.
    
In order to carry on with the continuous reflection about the meaning of ICT in our own realities, I think that we could establish a crossing between the topics that have been treated in Mistica, considered as "columns" and the transversal topics, obviously considered as rows. In this way, the obtained categories will not be included in others. From these ones we could settle some priorities that could contribute towards the reflection deepening.
    
In my opinion the category which arises from the combination of the topic (d) language and culture, and the transversal axis, (3) the treatment of the socially discriminated populations, is a concept allowing to approach the level of impact of ICT, considered in a wide meaning, i.e. including broadcasting, television and pictures. It can even be a topic to discuss, this wide meaning that, in my case I assign to ICT.
