Abstract:
According to Sam Lanfranco, when talking about technology and social process nothing is neutral and nothing is free.
This message deals with the use of technologies to reduce the poverty. The problem is that "rich people" have the ideas, the technology, the resources and the development policies. In order to improve this situation, Sam proposes to listen more to poor people. However, they can not be considered as an entity, they must be considered in their own context, but in context, nothing is neutral, nothing is free and nothing is equal.
