Abstract:
On September 23rd and 24th will take place the "Mixed Media/Medios enteros" conference, in Tampa (Florida, USA). It will deal with independent broadcasting, ICT, development and democracy in Latin America and the Caribbean.
The four main topics of the conference will be:
