 Dear colleagues:

I would like to say that Michel Menou's message, in this discussion, is giving something important to the organization of the Mistica network, and more precisely to OLISTIC.

I don 't think this sort of discussion does not lead to anything because we can use again the issues pointed out by Michel and enlarge the Mistica functions.

In this way, I think it is very interesting to be able to organize this network in order to elaborate specific works in different areas where ICT have significant social and economic impacts on our societies. Such works may be destined to the measure of the impact and to the resources, as well as offering recommendations and mechanisms in the execution of political, social and economic actions in this area.

At last, I think that an important role that should have OLISTIC is the organization of a theoretical and methodological debate to allow the definition of the parameters for the measures and recommendations in segmented societies such as the Latin-American ones.
